A few days before Christmas I had dipped all of my pretzel rods when making chocolate pretzels. When I ran out of pretzel rods, I still had leftover melted chocolate. (Actually, I had leftover white, milk, and dark chocolate.) I went in search of something else to dip and found a package of graham crackers. Since I know how delicious and irresistible Keebler's Deluxe Grahams are. I was thrilled to make my own chocolate-covered graham crackers. Chocolate grahams are a tempting, yet simple treat to make.
How to Make Chocolate-Covered Graham Crackers
In a double-boiler melt chocolate wafers. (Or better yet, use the double-boiler alternative and leave your stove off. I explain how in my chocolate pretzel post.) Stir frequently. Break graham crackers at their perforations. Shake off any cracker crumbs. Dip in the chocolate or spoon chocolate onto the graham cracker. Set on wax paper to cool.
