Take LEGO fun to the next level with LEGO Mindstorms.
Build a custom robot and program it. It even has sensors. (Sites are dedicated to all the crazy things you can build...birthday cakes, ballerina, robot to get ball on voice command...) My husband and two older children do this together, but my husband had it before we had children. My five year old completed about 80% of the building of the robot himself on one project.
In the past I shared Star Wars Gift Ideas. Be sure to check it out if you have a Star Wars fan on your list. The Star Wars Peg Dolls are the only handmade item in the bunch.
These LEGO books make a nice choice for someone who enjoys the history of LEGOs or enjoys looking at others' creations for inspiration.
I like to make something special to eat on Father's Day. Cinnamon buns are definitely a favorite special-occasion treat. See more of our favorite recipes, too.
What will you give for Father's Day this year?

ReplyDeleteNot sure about a Father's day gift from the kids yet. We just got a giant tv, so that's kind of my gift to him we decided, but I get to enjoy it too :)
