1. Fold a piece of paper in half vertically. (You could experiment with additional vertical folds)
2. Cut a large triangle.
3. Keeping the triangle folded, cut additional triangles along each of the long sides..
4. Open the large triangle.
5. Ta-da!!
I first created paper Christmas trees to make a large felt Christmas tree. I was going to use felt for our homemade Jesse Tree, but decided against it since it was not stable enough on its own. However, the simple design of a paper or felt Christmas tree is very pretty, so I thought I'd show it to you!
